After winning multiple awards for our Sales Services we have decided to withdraw from the selling market for the time being and give some of the other agents a chance to win ;)

Our passion is for rentals and after winning another Gold Awards for our Lettings Service in Bridgend this year and a Bronze Award for the whole of Wales, we have decided to concentrate solely on the rental side of the business moving forward.

We can still be helpful though, so we have listed a few pointers below in what to look for in a good agent, good luck!

 Honest valuations. Its no coincidence that the highest valuation will often have quoted you the highest fee. Once they have tied you into a contract, you will be asked to reduce the price.

 Qualified and knowledgable team members. Be aware of who is showing buyers around, some 'agents' have no idea about properties or areas. You will meet agents that just keep talking at you, not to you, they will do the same to buyers.

 A big social media presence is important.

 Dont believe all google reviews. Some people are impossible to please and are unpleasant. Businesses should be able to 'review' clients.......

 Names don't mean much and neither does the length of time you have been trading. Go with the agent you feel is honest, listens to you and will do a good job.
