“One of my favourite things about Bridgend is the food and cocktails at La Cocina. On a more serious note, we’re incredibly lucky to have such beautiful beaches and places like Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes right on our doorstep.”
Outside of work, Sherrie is a self-confessed dog lover and enjoys long walks with her Jackapoo, Harley, making the most of the local coastline and countryside for Harley to sniff out.
Sherrie also has a long-standing passion for motorbike racing and is an avid MotoGP fan. Alongside her husband, she has spent over 15 years travelling across Europe to watch races, following and supporting her all-time favourite rider, Valentino Rossi.
